A co-founder of Solowin Holdings, Chairman of the Board since July 2021 and Chief Executive Officer since March 2025, with overall responsibility for the group's strategic direction and management. He brings deep expertise in fund management, investment and financing. Under his leadership the company recorded 176% revenue growth in the 2021–2022 fiscal year and completed its initial public offering on Nasdaq in 2023.

Joined in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer of Solomon JFZ (Asia) Holdings Limited, became Chief Financial Officer of the group in June 2022 and additionally Board Secretary in December 2023, responsible for financial strategy, reporting and capital operations. Previously Risk Manager and Internal Audit Manager at a private equity firm, and Chief Financial Officer of a large construction group for over five years. Holds a Master of Economics (2007) and a Master of Financial Engineering from City University of Hong Kong (2021), and is a CFA charterholder.

Joined Solomon JFZ as a Director in October 2022, became Managing Director of Solomon Private Wealth Management in August 2024 and was appointed a Director of Solowin Holdings in March 2025. Over fifteen years in investment banking, corporate finance and private equity, with particular depth in the small- and mid-cap sector. Previously Financial Director at Followme Technology. Earned her Executive MBA from CEIBS in 2023.

Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of AXG, with expertise spanning traditional finance and blockchain. Previously at Goldman Sachs (Asia), where he was a licensed representative for SFC regulated activities and served as Executive Director of the Hong Kong Securities Department from 2019 to 2020, executing over one hundred initial public offerings and financing transactions. In 2024 he was Head of Digital Assets, Head of Family Office Business and a Responsible Officer at one of Hong Kong's largest asset managers, where he led the launch of one of Asia's largest spot Bitcoin ETFs, one of the world's first spot Ether ETFs, and Asia's first SFC-approved real-world asset product. He founded the Asia RWA Work Group and is president of the APAC Blockchain Policy Institute. Conferred a Doctorate in FinTech by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2025 and lead author of "RWA and Tokenization in the Web 3.0 Era", published by Springer Nature.

Independent Non-executive Director since September 2023. Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Applied Economics from Hong Kong Baptist University and a Master of Corporate Governance from Hong Kong Metropolitan University. An affiliate of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute, holding an HKCGI practising certificate. A Director of BMI Listed Corporate Services Limited since August 2012, overseeing company secretarial and administrative services to listed groups, with particular strength in governance advisory, corporate restructuring, corporate finance and director development.

Independent Non-executive Director since September 2023 and the board's designated audit committee financial expert. A fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, holding a Bachelor of Management with honours from the University of Science, Malaysia. More than twenty years in accounting and finance serving private and publicly listed companies across Hong Kong and Southern Asia, including independent non-executive directorships at Hong Kong listed companies.

Independent Non-executive Director since September 2023. Over twenty years in Hong Kong's financial industry, having led more than fifty capital markets transactions including significant mid-size Hong Kong listings. Senior positions have included Vice President at CITIC Securities International Company Limited, Director at Essence International Securities (HK) Limited and Vice President at a Hong Kong securities house. A CFA charterholder since 2001 and a member of both the CFA Institute and The Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from City University of Hong Kong.

Independent Non-executive Director since October 2025. Vice-President (Institutional Advancement) and Chair Professor at The University of Hong Kong, with over 150 published academic papers spanning pure mathematics, blockchain technology and data science. Joined The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2014, where he was Head of the Department of Mathematics, Dean of the School of Science and Vice-President for Institutional Advancement. He also serves as an Independent Non-executive Director of Xunfei Healthcare Technology (HKEX: 2506) and Antalpha Platform Holding (NASDAQ: ANTA), and is Chief Scientist of the Institute of Web 3.0 Hong Kong. He received his Ph.D. from Harvard University in 1990.
